The luxurious 31 room Bracken Country House will undergo a 2 year rolling refurbishment to offer four-star accommodation as part of our partner’s Premier Collection of hotels. Designed to the same high standard as the impressive Llandudno Bay Hotel in North Wales, the Fourcroft Hotel in Tenby and the breathtaking Eden Country Spa in Northumberland, the hotel is located on the outskirts of Huddersfield and enjoys stunning views across the rolling Yorkshire landscape.

Owning a suite at Bracken Country House means you get the chance to create great family memories in a superb location while also receiving 10% rental returns for the next 10 years. After that you can sell the suite back to the developer for 125% of its original value.

The Numbers

Suites are available at £80,000, £85,000 and £90,000. However you take your first two years returns upfront while the refurbishment is in progress so the actual amount invested is £64,000, £68,000 or £72,000.

As well as 10% per annum rental returns you also receive 125% of your original investment when you sell back to the developer after 10 years and 14 days of personal use at any 4 star hotel in the developer’s chain throughout the ten year leaseback period.
